An amazing, unobstructed ocean view is what sets this 1940's era cabin apart. Situated in the charming hillside town of Oceanside, Oregon and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The living room has a wood fireplace and DVD/VCR. There is a large deck with an unobstructed ocean view from Cape Lookout and the mouth of Netarts Bay to Maxwell Point. The cabin is kid friendly with games and a few beach toys. The sound of the ocean is ever present. You can enjoy a fire in the fireplace on stormy days or relax in the sun while watching the goings on in town and on the beach below. Keep an eye out for migrating whales, sea birds, surfers, hang glides and windsurfers. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. There is one parking space available in front of the unit. There is a full time resident in the apartment below so we ask renters to please be considerate with the level of noise. No Smoking or pets.

Rates
There is a two night minimum stay for weekends. Holidays require a three night minimum stay. No minimum stay for week nights.
Policies
50% deposit with full payment within 30 days.
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance-full refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days in advance full refund minus one nights rental if we are able to re-book entire stay. We will make every effort to re-book.
