This beautifully Big Island vacation home has vaulted wood-beam ceilings, hardwood and carpeted floors, lots of windows and skylights, and 3 separate decks. The lovely ocean view from the dining room deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean. The large gourmet kitchen has a large centered bar counter with bar stools and a separate family style dining table that looks out over the ocean view. The newly tiled counter tops surround all new appliances. All dishes, utensils, and gourmet counter top appliances are included.
The newly furnished master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed, with luxury linens, comforters and towels. The new 30" LCD flat screen TV, wooden vaulted ceiling, attached master bath, and large closet makes sleeping time a real pleasure. Two more bedrooms are downstairs. One is another master bedroom with a queen bed and a crib for those quests who have a baby. The other room contains twin beds plus a day bed that has another bed underneath that folds out, giving this room 4 beds. Between these two bedrooms is a large bathroom that contains a spa tub and laundry facilities. A sliding glass door leads to the back yard with its beautiful native plants and trees.

The main living room has a gas fireplace and a new 42" flat screen plasma TV with a high definition connection. There is a new luxurious leather sofa that contains a queen size bed and two lazyboy type loungers. A separate large leather lounger is also part of this room's ensemble. Large floor to ceiling windows and skylights in the wooden vaulted ceiling gives you a unique view of the garden.
A computer with Broadband Internet Connection is also included.

We are now booking for the Spring of '09. Have a great time on the Big Island by reserving our vacation home.
Policies
Deposit of $400 is required for reservation. Rates shown are in US dollars and do not include 11.42% Hawaii state and hotel taxes. Rates apply to 1-4 guests with a maximum of 4 guests. Rates subject to change without notice. There is a cleaning fee of $65. No smoking, no pets.
If cancellation is received earlier than 45 days of arrival, the deposit can be forfeited. If you cancel 45 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount of rent will be due. If the unit is re-booked to another party for the same dates, you will be refunded the amount we are able to recover.
