USA Vacation Homes is an vacation rental advertising medium only and does not act as an agent in disputes between renters and vacation rental owners.  Therefore, we strive to ensure that owners describe their vacation homes, condos and villas as accurately as possible and promptly remove any listings that display any signs of misrepresentation.  USA Vacation Homes  reserves the right to cancel any  membership in the event that  complaints are received from property renters using our web site.

We do our best to make sure all that all of the proprieties on our site are real vacation properties and 99.9% of the homes that  are rented on our site are successful. All properties on our web site are advertised by owner and negotiations are done directly between the renter and the owner.

DISPUTES: USA Vacation Homes assumes no responsibility for any of the details or accuracy of the data posted on our web site by property rental owners.  Should a dispute arise, you are responsible for conducting your own investigations in regards to any claims, complaints or disputes by renters, vacation home owners or their respective agents

NOTE TO RENTERS: When renting a vacation home, always ask for references and review the Vacation Rental Agreement thoroughly.  Absolutely do not WIRE FUNDS VIA WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAMs.   Also do not provide Bank information such as account number, social security number, eBay/PayPal info, etc.  This is usually a sign of a scam. 

Almost all vacation rental owners require a deposit from you to reserve their property and most will expect full payment before you arrive.  The deposit is required to insure that you will be occupying the home during the time period you requested and the refund policy should be clearly stated in their vacation rental agreement.  Keep in mind that there may be several renters wishing to rent the vacation home during the timeframe you have requested so the deposit, along with the vacation rental agreement, is your contract to rent the home.  PLEASE REVIEW YOUR VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION.
